Primary Deviance

Issue 9. Summer of 2000

Planting seeds of revolution, Bill discusses his notion of Primary Deviance while Stewart gets deviant. The cover features Seth’s photograph of Max.

According to Bill’s essays, “The problem solving process begins with discovery and definition. Primary Deviance is the initial rejection of the status quo which begins a chain reaction, possibly leading to revolution.”
