The Corpse Collective
Issue 10. Winter of 2000-2001
Bill dwells on the political and social apathy of Americans, suggesting that because corporate marketing determines the content of our American culture the culture itself is dead. Stewart secures an interview with Nathan of Boy Sets Fire.
Tweed’s tenth issue opened with a documentary of SnowHo, the life-sized masturbating female snow sculpture which Stewart, Bill, Tim, Owen, and Apirat constructed late one night in Stewart’s backyard. The tasteful reclining pose softened the criticism of Stewart’s parents the following morning. Yes, there are pictures.
Bill demanded a block of the issue for his political rants with such off-putting titles as “You Got a Bullet in the Head” and “The Way to Get Undumb.” Tim also made some political contributions. Brian added some satire flavor as well as the cover image. Stewart setup
Tweed’s first real music interview, following on the momentum of his interview with local ghost hunters, the Warrens.
Everyone was very upset at the outcome of the presidential election. George W. Bush was not elected by either the people
or the electoral college. He was legislated into office illegally. No citizen’s vote was used to determine the final outcome. It was an outrage.
Tweed knew this was bad news for the nation almost a year before Jr. demonstrated his ineptness during September 11th.
