Tweed Magazine was a music and politics zine founded by angsty teenagers in 1997. It survived in one form or another until 2007. Thanks to everyone who contributed. Here are some of our most popular articles.

I Don’t Agree With Kyle

Today we started an Anti-Kyle movement on the UConn campus. Check out the poster design we came up with here.

What we really hate about Kyle is his Christian stance of anti-homosexuality and anti-abortion. Not to mention the fact that Christianity is just another cult. And further more this Kyle marketing technique is just annoying. Hey, lots of exciting things have been going on lately. The last two of the ‘TEXAS SEVEN’ agreed to surrender if they could broadcast their critique of the american prison system. We’ve all been very busy this semester. Phantom monoliths, internet worms, political scandals... A lot to keep up with. Issue 11 is brewing in the pits of our stomachs. Keep in touch.
